ELDON G. ROALSON

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE



In 1966, Mr. Roalson began a career in information systems with IBM holding a variety of positions in marketing, systems engineering and management. His assignments included systems consulting and speaking engagements with management and top executives in a variety of manufacturing corporations ranging in size from small to several billion dollars in annual revenue. He had management responsibility for sixty employees at the time he left the business. During his years with IBM, he achieved several awards for outstanding sales and systems results.

 
Mr. Roalson began a real estate career in 1981, affiliating with a local San Antonio commercial real estate firm until 1983. During this affiliation, he specialized in San Antonio land, achieved a strong brokerage record and was one of the firm's top performing brokers.
 
In 1983, Mr. Roalson formed his own real estate company, Roalson Interests, Inc., specializing in commercial and investment brokerage, primarily in San Antonio. The firm also provides real estate consulting services to the real estate community, financial institutions, law firms and governmental entities.
