His deep expertise in investment sales and medical office leasing makes him a trusted, strategic representative for buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords alike. His practice is grounded in a strong analytical foundation — backed by a Master of Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University — and enriched by his active service on local civic boards and economic analysis panels that help shape San Antonio's commercial landscape.
