Matt Howard

Matt Howard is from El Paso and moved to San Antonio in 1998. Growing up with a father who was a real estate broker, Matt was immersed in the industry from an early age and made his first personal real estate investment in 1995. Matt serves as partner at Roalson Interests, where he brings a deep lifelong understanding of the business to his clients. Prior to joining Roalson, Matt spent a decade working with a local engineering firm. This unique background allowed him to work closely alongside top developers, engineers, and contractors, establishing a powerful network of relationships that he actively leverages today to guide clients through the complexities of the acquisition and disposition processes.

Matt is known as a relationship-driven agent whose primary strength lies in land services, having successfully closed the sale of tens of thousands of acres across Central and South Texas. An excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, he is uniquely equipped to assist clients at every stage of a project — whether navigating raw land acquisitions, consulting with ground-up building development or tenant build-out of an existing lease space. Matt's business philosophy centers on long-term loyalty and trust, a commitment that has naturally turned many of his clients into lifelong friends.

Matt is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and snow skiing. He loves traveling and spending quality time with his family, including his wife Nicci and their two daughters.
